Terms of Service
1. General♦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
♦ My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI-generated content, machine learning datasets, or any similar technologies.
♦ My artwork may not be minted, sold, or used as NFTs.
♦ My artwork may not be edited or altered without my permission.
♦ No NSFW
♦ Proper credit must be given when posting the artwork publicly (by tagging my Discord or linking to my website).
♦ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment♦ All payments are in USD via PayPal.
♦ Commissions under $140: full payment is required after sketch approval and before rendering begins.
♦ Commissions over $140: 50% deposit is required after sketch approval and before rendering begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final high-resolution artwork is delivered.
♦ Payment plans may be discussed for larger commissions.
♦ Refunds are available based on the stage of completion. The amount refunded will reflect the portion of work not yet completed.
♦ In case of cancellation after work has begun, the partially completed artwork (at the stage it was stopped) will be sent to the client.
♦ Work will not proceed beyond the sketch stage without the required payment.

3. Queue & Scheduling♦ Commissions are completed in the order they are confirmed.
♦ Smaller sketch commissions may occasionally be completed between larger projects.
♦ If you have a deadline, please inform me before ordering.
♦ Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Process♦ I create an initial sketch based on the provided references and description.
♦ The sketch will be sent for approval before any payment is required.
♦ After sketch approval, full payment (for commissions under $140) or the 50% deposit (for commissions over $140) is required before I proceed to rendering.
♦ Updates will be shared during the process.
♦ Final artwork is delivered after full payment.

6. Turnaround Time♦ Simple commissions: 2–4 days.
♦ Complex illustrations: up to 7 days.
♦ I will inform you in advance if delays occur.

7. Usage Rights♦ Artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
♦ Commercial use must be agreed upon separately and may require additional payment.
♦ I retain the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media.

8. Delivery♦ Final artwork is delivered in high resolution after full payment.
♦ Unwatermarked high-resolution files will not be sent before full payment.
